"I recently had a new furnace installed in my St. Paul home by Aabbott Ferraro. After several other estimates Nick Steckhahn visited me and described the options in a clear and concise manner. He was very professional and did not pressure me into a decision. He was able to meet our financial requirements and arrange for the furnace to be installed the very next day. This was welcomed as it was still fairly chilly. The next day two employees arrived. The installation experience was as professional and pleasant as was the estimate experience with this company. Our new furnace was up and running in half a day and when Nick arrived to check the work he sat with us and answered all questions. We got a very good guarantee from the company on their work. I recommend this company as honest, professional and very capable."

I can't put into words what a pleasure it's been to be treated so well by you and your group. Your honesty, professionalism, service and support have exceeded all of our expectations. Unfortunately, the usual experience my wife and I have had making large purchases, ie. Appliances, furniture, etc. for our home have really disappointed us. Not this time. We rave about you and your entire staff. My wife was a little nervous about being home alone when you and Dennis delivered the Coleman Furnace, but was quickly won over and secure with the professional way everything was handled, from covering all our new carpets to keep them clean and dry, to Phil taking time to explain how the new thermostat worked. From delivery to clean up, she said they were very respectful and included her in the process which made her feel more secure making it a lot easier to enjoy a significant purchase. Because of the age of our home we will need an Air Conditioner this coming spring to get us ready for the hot Minnesota Summer. "Aabbott Ferraro did a fantastic job installing an HVAC system in my home. Nick, president of the company, didn't try to sell me a chimney liner, a new A/C line or an expensive air cleaner which was unnecessary. I had two Trane furnaces and an air conditioner that were 24 years old and never needed a repair so I wanted a company that specialized in Trane. They knew what they were doing and were craftsmen with designing ductwork with backdraft dampers and placing my small furnace on top of a media filter despite the lack of space next to it. They also noticed I needed a clamp on my water heater, a repair to a damper and a trap in my air to air exchanger while doing the installation and completed those repairs with no additional cost. They connected the IAQ so it runs everything, even turning on the AC and furnace in the same day if desired. They were punctual, neat and very patient with all my questions. I highly recommend them."
